Data Citation Policy

This policy outlines the principles and guidelines for citing or publishing data from BRIDGENTECH in the public domain, which includes customers, colleagues, and media outlets. All users are expected to comply with this policy when citing or using BRIDGENTECH data. This policy does not extend to content or data provided by BRIDGENTECH’s partners, which is governed by their respective policies.

Categories of BRIDGENTECH Data for Publication:

  1. Public Data Points: Authorized BRIDGENTECH data that has been publicly disclosed can be cited or published. Such data may include, but is not limited to, data from the BRIDGENTECH blog, press releases, media articles referencing BRIDGENTECH, and social media posts.

  2. Non-Public Data Points: Any BRIDGENTECH data that has not been disclosed in the public domain should not be published unless specific approval has been obtained from BRIDGENTECH AS (jobs@bridgentech.com).

  3. Metrics: Provided the aforementioned requirements are met, users may publish rankings or metrics associated with the rank.

  4. Complete Reports: BRIDGENTECH blog posts, reports, and slide sets are protected by copyright laws and should not be republished in their entirety. If you wish to publish more than a quarter of the content from a specific BRIDGENTECH report, you are required to obtain prior permission from BRIDGENTECH as outlined above.

Guidelines for Citing BRIDGENTECH Data or Reports:

  1. Source Attribution: When citing BRIDGENTECH data, the specific BRIDGENTECH blog post, report or source must be clearly acknowledged. This includes adding the correct BRIDGENTECH URL. If you are citing BRIDGENTECH social media posts, please provide a link or abbreviated link to that source.

  2. Screenshots: Should you wish to publish screenshots of BRIDGENTECH tables, charts, or any other content that is in the public domain, ensure that the BRIDGENTECH logo is visibly present in the screenshots.

  3. Quotations: When quoting BRIDGENTECH content or reports available in the public domain, quotes should be used verbatim and maintain the original intended meaning. The citation must reference the specific BRIDGENTECH blog post, report, or press release, along with the appropriate BRIDGENTECH URL. For BRIDGENTECH content that has not been published in the public domain, you may cite only official company spokespersons and only with their express permission.

  4. Disclaimers: Any citation or analysis of BRIDGENTECH data, or representation of an app, publisher, or app store, does not constitute an endorsement by BRIDGENTECH. It should not be inferred as such. Your use of any BRIDGENTECH data, metrics, or reports is governed by BRIDGENTECH’s Terms of Service, in addition to this policy.
