About Bridgentech's Journey
In 2018, a group of Indo-European visionaries from France, Germany, and India set out to transform IT recruitment, frustrated by outdated hiring practices. Their mission: to seamlessly connect businesses with top global IT talent through a unified solution combining remote staffing, IT delivery, training, and recruitment.
As we grew, we expanded operations to India and the Netherlands, later extending our reach to the US, Germany, and Brazil. Our foundation is built on trust-based hiring, bridging cultural gaps, and empowering businesses with world-class talent and technology.
