Procedure for Reporting Copyright Violations:
If you believe that your copyrighted material has been mistakenly removed or disabled and you wish BRIDGENTECH to reinstate or restore access to the material, please send a counter-notice to info@bridgentech.com, including the following information:
1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the allegedly infringing copyrighted material.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, along with the location where the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
3. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, affirming that the user believes in good faith that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
4. The user’s name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in the district where the user’s address is located. If the user’s address is outside the European Union, the statement should also indicate consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that the user will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an assignee of such person.
