Copyright Violation Reporting Procedure:

If you believe that your copyrighted stuff has been dismissed as a consequence of error or identification and wish BRIDGENTECH to replace or return access to the matter, kindly mail a counter-notice to in**@br*********.com that covers:

• A physical or e-signature of a person entitled to act on account of the owner of the copyrighted stuff that was allegedly infringing;
• Identification of the material that got removed or to which access has been invalid, and the location at which the matter appeared before it got removed or access to it was disabled;
• A statement under the penalty of lie stating that a user has full faith that the matter was removed as a result of error or identification of the material to be removed or disabled;
• Provide the User’s name along with the address and telephone number. And, a statement stating that the user assents to the Federal District Court jurisdiction for the judicial district in which the address located, or if the user’s address is outside the European Union, to any judicial district in which the service provider may found, and that the signer will admit service of process from the person who gave notification under subsection (c) (1) (C) or an assignee of such person.
