Our Story
In 2018, a group of Indo-European visionaries from France, Germany, and India, frustrated with their own experiences of poor hiring practices, embarked on a mission in Paris: to revolutionize IT recruitment by connecting businesses with the global IT talent pool. They aimed to create a one-stop solution, merging remote staffing, IT delivery, training, and recruitment processes into a single, customizable service.
As the company flourished, we expanded our operations to India and the Netherlands. Following the pandemic, we further extended our reach by opening offices in the US and onboarding partners in Germany and Brazil.

A French National, Ex-AT Kearney, with 19 Years in Consulting and IT and over 10 years working with India. He brings in extensive experience in IT offshoring and onshoring. Marc has vast industrial expertise across Banking & Finance, Energy, Automotive and Sport Fashion & Luxury and is a Managing Partner at BRIDGENTECH. Marc is a racing enthusiast and winemaker who runs his own Craft Brewery & Distillery company when not leading organisations.
An CXO turned entrepreneur with 35 years of experience in IT Consulting & Outsourcing. Dr. Ulrich comes with an extensive 20+ years of experience working with India and is resides in Germany. With expertise in IT Offshoring/Global Shoring/Outsourcing & partnerships, he is crucial to BRIDGENTECH’s operations in the DACH region, especially Germany. Owner of AproxITo GmbH, he also has a doctorate from University of Duisburg-Essen, Standort Duisburg.
With 11+ years in IT recruitment and Staffing for the US and European region, Deepika is responsible for bringing the right talent to organizations. A mentor & guide to the recruitment teams, her experience and unqualified pedigree is spread across hiring, onboarding and training verticals. Deepika completed her MBA in HR from IILM, Delhi in 2011 and graduated from Gauhati University with a degree in Commerce and Economics.
Pradeepta is a PMP, CSM and CSP certified Indian national who has worked and lived across geographies including Europe and Asia. A techie at heart, he comes with an unparalleled experience in IT Project Management across IT and Telecom industries. An alumni of the prestigious BIT Mesra, Pradeepta completed his Masters in International Business from SPJIMR, Mumbai and IESEG, France.
An alumnus of MIT Manipal and IMT Ghaziabad, Amit comes with an extensive experience in Product Lifecycle Management, including ideation, design, development and complete gamut of Product. With close to a decade in the IT industry, he brings expertise on Cloud technologies, DevOps culture, Scrum/Agile principles in various team management roles in the industry.
A data-driven marketing stalwart with over 12+ years of experience in Marketing Strategy & Consulting. Ishani brings in an unmatched expertise in Data Analytics, Customer Experience and Digital Marketing and has worked across industry verticals with diverse Indian and multinational organizations. A born leader, Ishani completed her BA in Economics from SRCC, Delhi and her MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai; acclaimed colleges in their respective fields.
